「ビオレザボディ」「ビオレザボディととのい肌」で調べている人って、結局のところ“自分の肌に合うか”が一番気になりますよね。私は乾燥も気になるのに、汗をかくとベタつくタイプで、いわゆる「ベタカサまざり肌」になりがち。なので、ととのい肌の“必要な皮脂を残して不要な皮脂を落とす”という考え方に惹かれて使ってみました。 まず、泡タイプの良さは時短だけじゃなくて「摩擦が減る」こと。ボディタオルでゴシゴシしがちな人ほど、ポンプから出るふわふわの泡を手で広げるだけでも満足感が出やすいと思います。私の場合、乾燥しやすいすね・ひじは手洗い中心、皮脂が気になる背中や胸元は泡を少し足して広めにのばす、という使い分けがしやすかったです。 洗い上がりは、ヌルつきが残る系のしっとりではなくて、すすいだ後に肌表面が「すべっ」と整う感じ。なのに突っ張りにくく、入浴後に急いで保湿できない日でもカサつきが出にくい印象でした。汗をかいた日のベタつきも、落としすぎた後の乾燥とは違う方向で、肌が“落ち着く”感覚があるのが好み。 香り（フルーティ＆ムスク）は、お風呂場にはふんわり残りやすいけど、肌の残り香は強すぎないタイプだと感じました。香水や柔軟剤とケンカしにくいので、毎日使いに向いてると思います。逆に「ずっと香ってほしい」派は物足りない可能性もあるので、そこは好みで。 使うときのコツは、泡を出しすぎないこと。最初は3〜4プッシュくらいから試して、足りなければ追加する方がすすぎもラクです。泡がへたりやすいと感じたら、肌が濡れすぎている場合があるので、軽く水気を切ってから広げるとふわもこ感が残りやすいですよ。 「ビオレザボディととのい肌」は、さっぱり一辺倒でも、こってり保湿一辺倒でもない“ちょうどいいバランス”を探している人に刺さりやすいと思います。ベタつきも乾燥も気になる季節の変わり目や、夏でも冬でも使えるボディウォッシュを探している人は、一度試す価値ありです。
