As soon as you hear that tell-tale “thwip” of their plasma rifle, hit the deck or get behind cover. Figure out where they are and take them out first. The Flood levels are a different beast. The Shotgun and Plasma Rifle become your best friends. Keep moving, don't get surrounded, and use melee attacks to conserve ammo on weaker Flood forms.
