Do a gym workout at home!
This is a reminder that you can do “gym” workouts at home!
The first 3 months of 2025 hit me HARDDD but now that I’m settled in…it’s time to get back on track 💪🏾 I haven’t made it back to the gym yet since we moved, but I have been using my equipment at home! The past weekend I thought about how much I love using the sandbag at one of my fav gyms, turns out Academy had 1 in stock lmaooo.
So here we are now, starting the #75softchallenge again and continuing to be consistent 💜 it feels good to be back in my element, I can’t wait to see the progress that April brings!

Doing workouts at home has become increasingly popular, especially for those looking to maintain fitness without a gym membership. Utilizing tools such as sandbags can add variety and effectiveness to your home workouts. Sandbags are versatile and can be used for strength training, endurance workouts, and can help build core stability. To start, you can incorporate basic exercises like squat-to-press, deadlifts, and lunges, which effectively engage multiple muscle groups. For beginners, the key is to focus on form to avoid injury while progressively increasing intensity. As motivation can sometimes wane, consider joining online fitness challenges like the #75softchallenge to stay accountable and inspired. Additionally, following social media fitness communities can provide tips, workout routines, and support, particularly within the #blackgirlworkout and #workoutsforbeginners hashtags. Lastly, it's beneficial to track your progress; consider using fitness apps to set goals and visualize improvements over time. Engaging with workout videos specific to sandbag training can also aid in mastering technique and maximizing your workout efficiency.
