Bangkok has 25 primary care units that have resigned from the National Health Insurance Program (Gold Card 30 Baht).
If you've ever registered for a gold patent with one of these 25 service units,
✅ You need to check and select a new primary care unit.
✅ can be implemented from 1 October 2025 onwards.
If not implemented, this may result in the inability to exercise normal medical treatment.

หลังจากที่ 25 หน่วยบริการในกรุงเทพมหานครได้ลาออกจากระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (บัตรทอง 30 บาท) สิ่งที่ผู้ถือบัตรทองจำเป็นต้องทำคือการตรวจสอบหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิที่ตนเองลงทะเบียนไว้ เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการใช้สิทธิรักษาพยาบาลที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต โดยผู้ถือบัตรสามารถเลือกหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิใหม่ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป วิธีดำเนินการเปลี่ยนหน่วยบริการนั้นสามารถทำได้หลายช่องทาง ทั้งการเข้าเว็บไซต์ของสำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) ที่ https://www.nhso.go.th หรือดาวน์โหลดและใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน “สปสช. พร้อมใช้” เพื่อความสะดวก นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถโทรศัพท์สอบถามข้อมูลผ่านสายด่วน สปสช. หมายเลข 1330 หรือติดต่อสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครใกล้บ้านเพื่อรับคำแนะนำและความช่วยเหลือ สำหรับรายชื่อ 25 หน่วยบริการที่ลาออกนั้น ประกอบด้วยคลินิกเวชกรรมในเขตต่าง ๆ เช่น ดอนเมือง ดินแดง ดุสิต ทุ่งครุ บางพลัด บางขุนเทียน บางแค บางบอน พระนคร พญาไท ราชเทวี ราษฎร์บูรณะ ลาดพร้าว สายไหม สาทร และหนองแขม ซึ่งได้มีการประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการผ่านเว็บไซต์ของ สปสช. และกรุงเทพมหานครแล้วก่อนวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 การเปลี่ยนหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิถือเป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ผู้ถือบัตรทองสามารถเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ สิทธิประโยชน์ในการรักษาพยาบาลและการใช้บริการทางการแพทย์ที่ถูกต้องตามหลักประกันสุขภาพจึงขึ้นอยู่กับการเลือกหน่วยบริการที่มีสถานะถูกต้องภายในระบบ ในยุคที่สุขภาพเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ บัตรทอง 30 บาท เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญที่ช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาและเข้าถึงบริการสาธารณสุขอย่างทั่วถึงสำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป การติดตามข่าวสารและประกาศต่าง ๆ จาก สปสช. และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จึงเป็นเรื่องจำเป็นเพื่อรักษาสิทธิของตัวเองให้ไม่ขาดตอน สุดท้ายนี้ การดูแลสุขภาพที่ดีเริ่มต้นจากตัวเราเอง การเลือกหน่วยบริการที่มีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมสามารถช่วยให้ได้รับบริการรักษาพยาบาลที่ปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น รวมถึงช่วยส่งเสริมให้ระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติเดินหน้าต่อไปได้อย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน
