25 "Gold Card" service units in the BMA resigned from the system.
Bangkok has 25 primary care units that have resigned from the National Health Insurance Program (Gold Card 30 Baht).
If you've ever registered for a gold patent with one of these 25 service units,
✅ You need to check and select a new primary care unit.
✅ can be implemented from 1 October 2025 onwards.
If not implemented, this may result in the inability to exercise normal medical treatment.

ถ้าใครกำลังค้นหา “คลินิกเวชกรรมรักประชา มาเจริญ” เพราะกังวลว่าใช้สิทธิบัตรทอง (30 บาท) ได้เหมือนเดิมไหม แนะนำให้ทำ 2 อย่างนี้ก่อนเลยค่ะ: 1) เช็กสถานะหน่วยบริการที่ตัวเองลงทะเบียนอยู่ตอนนี้ และ 2) เตรียมเลือกหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิใหม่ให้ทันช่วงที่ สปสช. เปิดให้ดำเนินการ (ตั้งแต่ 1 ต.ค. 2568 เป็นต้นไป) จากข้อมูลที่ประกาศไว้ มีรายชื่อหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิในกรุงเทพฯ ที่ “ลาออกจากระบบ” รวม 25 แห่ง และในรายชื่อเขตหนองแขมมี “คลินิกเวชกรรมรักประชา มาเจริญ” อยู่ด้วย (รวมถึง “มิตรมวลชนคลินิกเวชกรรม สาขามาเจริญ” อีกแห่ง) ดังนั้นถ้าสิทธิบัตรทองของคุณผูกกับคลินิกนี้ไว้ มีโอกาสสูงว่าต้อง “เปลี่ยนหน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิ” เพื่อให้ใช้สิทธิรักษาพยาบาลได้ต่อเนื่อง ไม่สะดุดเวลาไปพบหมอหรือรับยา วิธีเช็กว่าเราลงทะเบียนบัตรทองไว้ที่ไหน (อัปเดตสุด) ทำได้หลายช่องทางที่ใช้ง่าย: - เว็บไซต์ สปสช.
