Many people understand that.
Just "OK" is over.
But actually... after the contract happened,
👉 What is really important is "the duty of each party."

The parties will begin to have what the law calls
👉 "debt."
But the word "debt" in the law
It doesn't always mean money. 😅
📌 but means: "The duty to do as agreed."

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว เมื่อเราเข้าใจว่าการเกิดสัญญาไม่ได้หมายความแค่การตกลงด้วยคำพูดเท่านั้น แต่หมายความว่าทั้งสองฝ่ายมี "หนี้" หรือหน้าที่ตามสัญญาที่ต้องปฏิบัติจริง ทำให้เรารู้สึกว่า "สัญญา" คือสัญญาณเตือนให้รับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งที่ได้ตกลงไว้จริงๆ เช่น ตอนที่ผมเคยทำธุรกิจขายสินค้าออนไลน์ สิ่งที่ผมเรียนรู้ก็คือ หากเรารับปากส่งสินค้าแล้ว ก็ต้องส่งให้ตรงตามคุณภาพและเวลาที่กำหนด ถ้าผู้ซื้อไม่จ่ายเงินตามกำหนด ผมก็มีสิทธิไม่ต้องส่งสินค้าไปก่อน ซึ่งตรงกับแนวคิด "สัญญาต่างตอบแทน" ที่กล่าวถึงในบทความนี้ นอกจากนี้ ผมยังได้เจอกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่พอใจสินค้าจนไม่อยากรับสินค้า แม้จะไม่ผิดสัญญาอย่างชัดเจน แต่ก็ต้องคุยและแก้ไขให้เกิดความเข้าใจ เพราะการผิดสัญญาจะส่งผลถึงความเชื่อใจและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกันในระยะยาว ในแง่ของกฎหมาย "หนี้" ที่ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเงิน แต่หมายถึงหน้าที่ตามสัญญาด้วย ทำให้เราเห็นว่าการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาคือเรื่องสำคัญที่ต้องจริงจัง ไม่ควรมองข้ามความรับผิดชอบหลังเกิดสัญญาแล้ว คำแนะนำจากประสบการณ์จริงคือ ควรอ่านและทำความเข้าใจเงื่อนไขสัญญาให้ถี่ถ้วน และหากเจอปัญหาหรือข้อผิดพลาด ควรรีบสื่อสารและแก้ไข เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดผลเสียหรือสถานการณ์ผิดสัญญาตามมา ถือเป็นบทเรียนที่มีคุณค่าในเรื่อง "สัญญาเกิดแล้ว…แล้วต่อไปต้องทำอะไร?" ตามเนื้อหาของบทความนี้อย่างแท้จริง
