🍴Lunch at Leahi Bar & Grill : My husband and I love to explore local businesses, I’m not sure how my husband found out about this place but I’m glad he did! This restaurant has mouthwatering authentic island cuisine. You can tell the owner’s and workers really care about sharing the flavors of Hawai'i! I ordered the passion flow pina colada 🍹 which was delicious and a Hawaiian platter because you can never go wrong with that! My husband ordered the Ube cheeseburger. Everything was so fresh, delicious and great portions.

🏝️ Strolling Waikiki Beach: We still had quite some time before our whale watching tour so we took a walk along the golden sands of Waikiki Beach, soaking in the sun and taking photos on the shoreline.

🐋🐬 Whale Watching Sunset Boat Ride withIndigo Ocean Hawaii : This was an unforgettable excursion! We were picked up by our tour guide from the hotel and bussed over to the west side to board a sunset boat tour for an enchanting whale watching experience. Along the way to the dock, we were greeted by the sight of a huge turtle resting on the rocks beside the waters.

Once we got onto the boat we met our crew who were all great! They told us about the west side of the island and offered some yummy snacks! There were people from all over the world on the boat. I met two nice girls, one from China and one from Germany!

While relaxing in the front of the boat I couldn’t believe how many whales we saw! We even encountered a playful school of dolphins dancing in the waves, enchanting us with their spinning antics. As the sun began its descent, we were delighted with an awe-inspiring sight of a humpback whale breaching and spouting in the distance. We arrived back at the dock and made it back to Waikiki before 8:30pm!
