The most effective use of post-it is not just "write and paste," but to better match the goals, systematize and help the brain remember.

Divide the method into four main steps + complementary techniques.

Capitalize or highlight the topic → Keep it easy to read out, even remotely.

Enter the date / deadline → will help prioritize

Use Action Words, such as

* "Email the teacher" instead of "Teacher Email."

* "Read Chapter 3" instead of "Chapter 3."

Kanban Board (Three Column: To Do - Doing - Done) → Fits Studying and Doing Projects

Time Blocking → Place Post-it by Period on the Daily / Week Schedule

Topic Wall → Divide boards by subject / category and attach post-it to each topic.

Mind Map Wall → Use each post-it sheet instead of the branches of the idea tree.

Czech every morning and evening → Remove the finished sheet, or move to the "Done" zone to create a sense of accomplishment.

Dump the expired post-it → Don't keep the table or board too cluttered.

Combine Logs → If it is important, take photos in apps such as Notion, OneNote, or Google Keep.
