「プロポーズのお礼」って、検索するとプレゼント案ばかり出てくるけど、実際は“何をしてくれたら嬉しいか”が人によって全然違うな…と感じました。うちは、物よりも「ご飯」「手紙」「イベント感」みたいに、時間と気持ちが見える形が一番刺さりました。 私が特に嬉しかったのは、サプライズのデザートプレート。高いものじゃなくても、チョコでメッセージが書いてあるだけで「私のために準備してくれた」が一瞬で伝わるんですよね。プロポーズのお礼としてやるなら、予約時にお店へ一言お願いしておくとスムーズでした（プレート対応の有無も要確認）。 次におすすめしたいのが、手紙やメッセージカード。「お疲れ様です!!」みたいな短い一言でも、残業でクタクタの日に見ると回復力が違います。ポイントは“具体的に書く”こと。「いつも支えてくれてありがとう」「今日の〇〇が嬉しかった」みたいに、その人にしか書けない内容が入ると、お礼感が一気に増します。イラストが苦手でも、スタンプや小さい落書き程度で十分可愛い。 お礼＝かしこまった食事、と思いがちだけど、家での“イベント化”もかなり良かったです。ハロウィンみたいに飾り付けをちょっと足したり、おばけのチーズみたいな簡単アレンジを入れたり。外食より準備は必要だけど、その分「一緒に楽しもう」の気持ちが伝わりやすいです。 もし今からプロポーズのお礼を考えるなら、私はこの3つにすると失敗しにくいと思います。①相手の好きなご飯（大盛りでもOK）②短い手紙（カードだと残る）③小さなサプライズ（プレートや写真共有など）。高価さより、“あなたのために考えた”が見える形がいちばん強いです。
