I went to Nobosemon in Nishitanabe ✨
The inside of the shop was cozy with a calm atmosphere, and it was a space where you can enjoy meals and sake slowly. It is not too lively, it is a comfortable shop where you can relax moderately.
Everything I ate was delicious, but especially the momoyaki and seseri-yaki were the best 🤩 fragrant and juicy, perfect for sake.
Lotus root mustard is the first challenge 😅
It was a taste that I wanted to eat again when I noticed it was delicious.

西田辺エリアには多くの居酒屋がありますが、「のぼせもん」はその中でも特に落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと過ごせる貴重なお店です。私自身も最近訪れ、店内の温かな照明と静かなBGMに包まれながら、つい時間を忘れてしまいました。 特にせせり焼きは炭火でじっくり焼かれ、外は香ばしく中はジューシーで、噛むたびに肉の旨みが口いっぱいに広がりました。九州の味をほうふつとさせるモモ焼きも絶品で、日本酒や焼酎との相性も抜群。お酒好きにはたまらない組み合わせです。 またレンコンからしも意外な魅力を発揮。最初はそのツンとくる刺激に驚きましたが、辛さの後に広がる旨みがクセになり、次回もぜひ注文したい一品になりました。野菜と肉巻きの串焼きメニューも豊富で、健康志向の方にもおすすめです。 さらに「のぼせもん」はお持ち帰りメニューも充実しているため、家でもあの味を楽しめるのが嬉しいポイント。炭火で焼かれた串焼きのおいしさを自宅で ゆっくり味わうのもまた格別です。 西田辺で静かに飲みたい、心地よい空間で美味しい料理を楽しみたい方にとって、「のぼせもん」はぜひ足を運んでほしい隠れた名店です。私自身もまた訪れて、新たなメニューを開拓したいと思っています。
