✨ Day 8: Between Being Wanted and Being Seen ✨

Day 8/30 — Visibility Challenge ✨

Birthday season has been electrifying.

I recently visited a place that activated my Venus energy and reminded me that a new beginning doesn’t require permission. It only requires a willingness to begin.

Many of you didn’t see Days 1 through 7.

You’re meeting me on Day 8.

And that’s okay.

Between “Love Me” and “F*** Me” lives a woman discovering her worth.

Visibility has taught me that being seen is far more powerful than being wanted.

For years, I confused attention with connection.

Being noticed with being known.

Now I understand the difference.

This season isn’t about proving who I am.

It’s about becoming her.

#Beauty with intention.

#SelfCareLover Presence with purpose.

No more shrinking. 🤍✨

... Read moreVisibility is a transformative experience that shifts how we relate to ourselves and others. From my own journey, I’ve realized that being truly seen means more than just being noticed—it’s about opening up to authentic connection and embracing all parts of yourself without fear or reservation. In those moments when I focused too much on being wanted, I found myself caught in a cycle of seeking external validation, confusing attention for genuine connection. But as I practiced being present and intentional with my self-care, I discovered a deeper strength in simply allowing myself to be seen as I am—flaws, strengths, and all. This shift in perspective doesn’t happen overnight; it requires a willingness to be vulnerable and to embrace beginnings without needing permission, as the author beautifully notes. It’s about stepping into your power, shedding the urge to prove your worth, and instead embodying it fully. Drawing from Venus energy—a symbol of love, beauty, and self-worth—can be incredibly grounding during this process. Whether through meditation, journaling, or simply spending time in places that inspire you, activating this energy can remind you that your value isn’t dependent on others’ perceptions but on your own recognition and care. For anyone starting this kind of visibility challenge, my advice is to give yourself grace for the days you’re not seen or noticed. This is natural and part of the journey. Focus instead on those authentic moments when you connect with yourself deeply, as that is where true transformation begins. Remember, there is immense power in presence with purpose—choosing to live your truth boldly and without shrinking. This intention becomes a catalyst for growth, inspiring others to embrace their worth as well. Celebrate your milestones, even if the path feels unsteady at times, because visibility is a courageous step toward becoming the fullest version of yourself.
