1. From Chai Nong Gate, go straight along the road to the sea head. When you reach the horseshoe under the bridge, turn right, slow down, you will see the shop sign on the left.
2. If you come to Friendship Road, take the elevated bridge to the head of the sea. When you split the first red light to the right of the U-turn and then to the left along the bridge. When you get to the point of U-turn under the bridge, turn right. Note the name of the Hua Lé store on the left.
3. If you come from the sea head intersection, head downtown, run to the left under the bridge. When you get to the point of U-turn under the bridge, turn to the right. Note that the Hua Le store name will be on the left.

ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ช “หัวเล / ร้านหัวเล (Hua-Le)” แล้วอยากรู้ว่าร้านเป็นแนวไหน เหมาะกับไปโอกาสอะไร บอกเลยว่าที่นี่เป็นร้าน Ban & Restaurant สไตล์กึ่งร้านอาหารกึ่งนั่งชิลล์ริมน้ำ ฟีลใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ลมดี นั่งยาวๆ ได้แบบไม่อึดอัด โดยเฉพาะช่วงเย็นจนค่ำ บรรยากาศจะโรแมนติกขึ้นและมีดนตรีสด เหมาะทั้งสายกินและสายชิลล์เลย จากที่ไปลองมา ข้อดีของร้านหัวเลคือ “มาครบทุกแบบ” จะมากับครอบครัวก็มีเมนูให้แชร์ มาเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อนก็สั่งกับแกล้มแล้วนั่งฟังเพลงต่อได้ หรือมาคนเดียวก็สั่งจานเดี่ยวอิ่มๆ ได้เหมือนกัน ใครมีผู้ใหญ่หรือเด็กไปด้วย แนะนำให้เลือกช่วงหัวค่ำ จะไม่ดึกเกินและยังได้บรรยากาศริมน้ำเต็มๆ เมนูที่อยากย้ำให้ลองคือแจ่วฮ้อน จุดเด่นคือซุปเคี่ยวถึงเครื่อง รสกลมกล่อม ซดแล้วคล่องคอมาก ถ้าชอบรสจัดสามารถขอเพิ่มความแซ่บได้อีกนิด (ส่วนตัวชอบให้เผ็ดขึ้นนิดหน่อยจะยิ่งเข้ากัน) ทริคของเราคือสั่งแจ่วฮ้อนแล้วเพิ่มเมนูจานเดี่ยวหรือกับแกล้มอีก 1-2 อย่าง แบ่งกันกินกำลังดี ไม่เลี่ยนและนั่งได้นานขึ้น เรื่องการเดินทาง ร้านหัวเลอยู่ย่านหัวทะเล เส้นทางหลักจะอิงใต้สะพาน/จุดกลับรถตามที่หลายคนบอกกัน แนะนำให้ขับช้าๆ ตอนใกล้ถึง เพราะป้ายร้านอยู่ทางซ้ายมือและบางช่วงรถผ่านไว ถ้ามาจากถนนมิตรภาพให้ขึ้นสะพานยกระดับไปหัวทะเล แล้วค่อยยูเทิร์นตามจุดที่ระบุ จากนั้นเลียบใต้สะพานและสังเกตป้าย “Hua Le” จะช่วยให้ไม่หลง เวลาเปิดร้านคือ 11.00–23.00 น. ถ้าอยากได้โต๊ะวิวดีๆ ริมน้ำ แนะนำไปช่วงเย็นก่อนคนแน่น หรือโทรถามร้านล่วงหน้าถ้ามาเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ ที่สำคัญคือเตรียมเสื้อคลุมบางๆ ไปด้วย เผื่อเจอลมเย็นริมน้ำตอนดึกๆ จะได้ชิลล์ต่อแบบสบายๆ
