Meditation Daily
Starting meditation properly doesn't have to be complicated. The key is "relaxation" and "consistency." This is a simple step guide for starting every day you can deploy it.

Find a calm place and time: Choose a quiet corner in an undisturbed home. The best time is the morning after waking up (to keep the mind fresh) or before bed (to balance emotions).
Soothing: Meditate your back straight but not tense, or if it's inconvenient to sit on a chair with your feet parallel to the floor, put your hands on your lap, close your eyes gently.
Start with the breath: Take a deep breath to inflate your stomach and slowly drain your breath 3-5 times to tell your body that it's "time to rest."
Stay focused on the present: use good-natured words such as "put-tho," or simply observe the breath in and out (anapanconsciousness) without forcing the breath.
Allow thoughts to flow through: It is natural for the heart to be distracted; when you realize that you are thinking of something else, gently draw your feelings back to your breath, without blaming yourself.
Tip: Starting 5-10 minutes a day is enough. It is important to do "every day" to make the mind more familiar and calm.
