จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากเหมือนถูกกรรมตามทันจริงๆ และการบูชาพญายมราชช่วยให้ผมรู้สึกสงบขึ้นมาก คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องมีองค์รูปปั้นก็ได้ แค่ตั้งใจระลึกถึงท่านและเอ่ยชื่อนั้นก็เพียงพอแล้ว สิ่งที่ผมทำตามคำแนะนำคือการจุดธูป 9 ดอก เตรียมน้ำเปล่า ดอกไม้สีแดงหรือสีขาว และผลไม้ 1 อย่าง จากนั้นกล่าวคำบูชาด้วยจิตใจที่สงบ พร้อมขอสำนึกต่อกรรมเก่าที่เคยล่วงเกิน ทั้งเจตนาและไม่เจตนา ถือเป็นการสะท้อนใจและชำระล้างใจของตัวเองอย่างลึกซึ้ง สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการแผ่เมตตาให้เจ้ากรรมนายเวร และสัตว์ทั้งหลาย ซึ่งทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าชีวิตนี้ไม่ได้อยู่เพียงลำพัง แต่มีสติและความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและผู้อื่นมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ พญายมราชยังทำหน้าที่เตือนว่าการกระทำของเรามีผลตามมาเสมอ จึงต้องใช้ชีวิตอย่างไม่ประมาทและรู้จักทำดี ผมแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองปฏิบัติด้วยใจเปิดกว้างและความเคารพ เพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดีในชีวิต และช่วยให้จิตใจสงบขึ้นในยามที่รู้สึกว่าถูกกรรมตามทันจริงๆ นี่ไม่ใช่แค่การพึ่งพา แต่เป็นเครื่องเตือนใจให้มีสติเกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลา
