In the past, my mother was very stressed...Eat a few words, get away 🥲, eat rice for an hour 😅, choose only the menu you like, and have to open the cartoon to eat.

But when I started to change from "forced" to "understood," from "fierce" to "inviting," everything gradually improved. ❤️

It's not the best kid to eat today, but I'm proud every time Ava sits down to eat herself. 😊
