Starting my Fitness Journey Over

Back in 2022-2023 I would run a minimum of 5 miles Monday thru Friday EASILY & began training for 5k’s & other marathons. Of course life began to life and I fell off my routine pretty quickly. I ran track in HS & fell IN LOVE 😍 with long distance running.

I decided that this would be the last year where I didn’t like the way I looked & would be doing something about it. I’m slowly easing back into my old running & workout routine but I’m excited to share what should be a series of fitness content until my trip back Jamaica next month.

Is anybody getting back into their workout routine this year?? Feeling the call to sweat before the summer? Let’s connect for accountability!!

For those re-entering the fitness world, consider the value of creating a structured routine. Incorporate a mix of cardio and strength training exercises to build endurance and muscle. For instance, a daily run can elevate stamina and keep you energized. In 2023, I found success with outdoor workouts, hitting my calorie goals and tracking progress through fitness apps. These tools not only motivate but provide insights into your health journey. Engaging with a community, be it social media or fitness forums, allows for shared experiences and accountability among peers. Whether aiming to shed pounds, gain muscle, or simply feel better, there's power in joining forces. If you’re uncertain where to start, try setting small milestones, like running three times a week or incorporating a variety of workouts. Remember, every journey begins with a single step!
