Secret battles ~ Heavy weights🖤
Keep fighting no matter what the battle is. There is always a rainbow 🌈 at the end of every storm. The clouds ⛅️ will clear. Healing is a painful process. yet very necessary. Let it out, write, sing, cry etc. then keep it pushing. 😌🥰🤗
Life often brings us emotional storms that feel overwhelming and heavy, much like the imagery of thunder, rain, and raging fire described in the poem. These metaphors beautifully capture the intensity of inner turmoil many experience when facing grief, resentment, or anger. Healing from such deep emotional wounds requires patience and self-compassion. It is natural to resist feelings like rage and resentment, yet acknowledging and expressing them—through writing, music, tears, or creative outlets—can be a crucial step toward recovery. These outlets help release the intense feelings safely, preventing them from festering inside. The metaphor of the protective dragon carrying anger and fear highlights the dual role of strong emotions: they can both shield us and weigh us down. Recognizing this duality allows us to gently tame these feelings instead of letting them consume us. Like the mention of a castle protected yet isolated, we sometimes build emotional walls to guard ourselves, which is understandable. However, gradually allowing vulnerability and connection with others deepens healing. Importantly, as the poem suggests, hope remains at the end of the storm, symbolized by rainbows and clearing clouds. Every person’s healing journey is individual, and setbacks may occur when pain resurfaces unexpectedly. But perseverance—“keep it pushing”—and embracing the full spectrum of emotions ultimately leads to growth and restoration. Considering these insights, remember that no one needs to face these emotional battles alone. Seeking support from friends, therapists, or support groups can provide comfort and guidance. Patience and kindness toward yourself during difficult moments can transform the heaviest burdens into a path of resilience and hope.
