The start to a new chapter
My daughter and I are moving out of New York. This will be her first time ever living somewhere outside of Brooklyn. I’ve lived in a couple of different places so it nothing new to me. What’s new is that this is my first time as an adult moving and having to situate my life in another state. To be completely transparent I’m moving into a space in my family home, I’ve been struggling to juggle a steady job while keeping up with my daughter’s schedule so I’m essentially moving back home. I have mixed emotions about the entire thing; I worked really hard to establish my life and work so it mad me sad for a period of time that I have to move back. I try to keep a positive mindset when considering my move because this will help me jump start a more comfortable life moving forward.
