OVERACTIVE HEART CHAKRA ATTRACTS ENERGY VAMPIRES
HOW AN OVERACTIVE HEART CHAKRA ATTRACTS ENERGY VAMPIRES 🧛🏽♀️ #heartchakra #chakras #chakrahealing #energyvampire
Hey everyone! I wanted to share something that totally changed my perspective on why I used to feel so utterly drained all the time. For ages, I thought it was just stress or being an empath, but then I started learning about chakras, especially the heart chakra. What I discovered is that when your heart chakra is overactive, it's not always a good thing, even though it sounds lovely to have an open heart! It can mean you're giving too much of yourself, becoming overly empathetic, or constantly seeking external validation. This can manifest as feeling emotionally overwhelmed, constantly anxious about others' feelings, or even experiencing physical discomfort. I remember having this persistent ache in my chest and feeling incredibly sensitive to everything around me – it was like my emotional shield was down. This kind of overactivity can sometimes even be linked to physical symptoms like tension or unease, which some believe can relate to issues like high blood pressure, though it's always important to consult medical professionals for any health concerns. And this is where the 'energy vampires' come in. When your heart chakra is practically screaming 'help yourself to my energy!', certain people are unfortunately drawn to that. These aren't mythical creatures, of course, but individuals who, often unconsciously, drain your emotional and mental energy. They might constantly complain, demand your attention, thrive on drama, or leave you feeling completely depleted after an interaction. I've definitely had friends or even family members who, after spending time with them, I'd feel utterly exhausted, almost like I'd run a marathon, and it took me a while to connect it to my own energetic state. So, what can we do about it? Learning how to clear and balance my heart chakra has been a game-changer. One of the simplest ways I've found is through mindful breathing exercises, focusing on my chest area and imagining calming green light flowing in. Setting firm boundaries is HUGE – it's okay to say no, to limit interactions, or to just step away from draining situations. I also practice grounding meditations, spending time in nature, and using affirmations like 'My energy is sacred, and I choose who I share it with.' Carrying a protective crystal like rose quartz or green aventurine near my heart has also been a comforting practice for me. Remember those 'people who have an overactive heart' – it’s about learning to manage that energy, not shut it down entirely. It’s all about creating a healthy energetic space for yourself. If you're interested in diving deeper into understanding chakras and energy work, there are so many resources out there, even free courses that teach you the basics. Taking control of your energy is incredibly empowering, and you totally deserve to feel vibrant and protected. Let me know if you've experienced anything similar!
