this is hands down my favorite coffee shop because it’s got it all— rich coffees and espresso drinks, refreshing mocktails, flaky pastries, delicious quick bites, and even the perfect chill studying environment!

i took myself to Iconic Coffee for the first time on a solo coffee date and was absolutely stunned by the cafe itself. the atmosphere is so cozy yet rustic and chic and not short of eye-catching artwork. they had a live music from a jazz musician and regularly have many other performers to play too!
the iced vanilla caramel macchiato was so refreshing with the perfect balance of bold yet silky espresso. i’ve never had espresso that made me immediately fall in love until THIS! the black and white mocha was even better than i expected too, with the mocha flavoring really bringing out the chocolatey notes of the espresso (can you tell i really love their espresso LOL). also pictured in the last slide is the turkey provolone sandwich, which was nothing short of light and delicious too.
another thing that really did it to me is the customer service. iconic coffee is a small black-owned business and you can tell how much the baristas enjoy their jobs and truly care about building communities, both among themselves and with the customers. you can be sure to walk out of here with a satiated belly and heart 🥰
