Morning Hike

I’m totally new to hiking. It has always been on my Bucketlist but always too scared to go alone and I’ve never had friends that were interested. I recently made a new friend who likes to hike! 😊 So now my Bucketlist is even longer with all these hikes I want to try! 😆 This is the second trail I’ve tried.
The trail from a newbie standpoint: a little difficult with all the elevation changes and walking on rocks. I feel if I had actual hiking boots (not my running shoes) then it would be a little easier. But we took our time, enjoyed the sights, and drank plenty of water.
PS. I slipped a few times from all the little rocks and sand but I didn’t fall 💪🏻
After the hike, we ate at Janet’s Cafe and Deli in Santee, CA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was so delicious and quick service.
