~I bake at 300° for 10-12 mins.
~seasoned w/lemon butter garlic & Mccormick salmon seasoning
~2 packs of wild salmon
~1 pack of sweet & spicy tuna
~1 cup of chopped baby bell peppers
~1 cup of mango
season peppers w/
~Mccormick veggie seasoning
sauce for salmon (double if want more)
~1 Tbsp. of Sriracha
~1 Tbsp. of honey
add chia seeds on top!
