Bagel Breakfast Sandwich 🥪

Plain Bagel X2 (Everything bagels would work great here as well, I just had plain on hand)

4 eggs 🥚

3 slices of bacon, cut in half

1 tablespoon butter 🧈

1 tablespoon cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mayo

Salt 🧂

Black pepper

• Cook your bacon to your preferred crispiness. 🥓

• Add butter to pan. Once melted, scramble your eggs. While eggs are still fairly runny, incorporate cream cheese and about half of the cheddar cheese into eggs. When eggs are about done, turn off heat. Add the rest of the cheddar cheese to the top of eggs to melt. Finish with salt and pepper!

• Warm your bagel. When warm, add as much mayo as you'd like on the inside of bagel. Assemble sandwich.

I wrapped mine in foil to cut in half easier. Definitely optional! 😉
