同じ「指先遊び」でも、1歳0ヶ月は“できること”に個人差が大きいので、私は最初から完成形を目指さず「触ってOK」「落としてOK」から始めました。のせのせツリー（プールスティック＋キッチンペーパーホルダー）も、最初はスプーンで運ぶ前に“手でシールを貼る→はがす”だけでも立派な手指あそびになります。 【1歳向け：うまくいくコツ】 ・パーツは大きめに：1歳はつまみ動作がまだ発展途中。シールは小さすぎると難しいので、大きめ・ぷっくり（立体）タイプが扱いやすかったです。 ・「1回できた！」を作る：最初の1個は大人が少し手を添えて成功体験に。そこから急に集中が伸びました。 ・手が滑るなら道具を変える：スプーンが難しければ、短めのスプーン→トング→洗濯ばさみ（大人が持つ）と段階づけするとスムーズです。 【マジックテープおもちゃ風にアレンジ】 1歳は“はがす”動きが大好きなので、シールがもったいない時はマジックテープ（面ファスナー）がおすすめ。台紙にざらざら面、絵カード側にふわふわ面を貼ると、何度も付け外しできて指先トレーニングになります。乗り物・動物・食べ物の絵で「これどれ？」と絵探し遊びにすると、言葉のやりとりも増えました。 【小学生の指先トレーニングにも】 同じ仕組みで、年齢が上がったら難易度アップができます。例えば「利き手じゃない方で運ぶ」「時間を計る」「色指定（赤だけ運ぶ）」にすると、指先運動＋集中力の遊びに変化。リリアン（ジュエルペットリリアン等）みたいな手先の運動が好きな子にも、導入として相性が良いです。 【安全メモ（大事）】 スプーンを折って使う場合は角が出やすいので、テープでしっかり補強。誤飲サイズのパーツは避けて、必ず大人の見守りのもとで遊ぶようにしています。
