The issue was again discussed after Mr. Wish Suwan Loyal, the former chairman of the Industry Minister's Counsel, and an associate in the "super-alley team," posted a message through a private Facebook, remarking about the resumption of the operation of Sin Ke Yuan Steel Co., which had been investigated in the aftermath of the collapse of the new Land Monetary Inspection Office (STD) building.
Mr. Witch stated that inspections should be random inspections in the actual manufacturing process, not just appointments to inspect or test machinery, questioning whether the plant already has an "iron cooking stove" or a Ladle Furnace, which is an important device for regulating steel quality, especially IF rebar production.
In addition, Mr. Witsch cited information during his work with the "super-alley team" that at the time of the inspection, the plant did not yet have an iron cooking stove, and noted about the original steel stock that had previously had quality control systems concerns.
However, the statement was comments and remarks from the posters, as the society continued to await clarity from the relevant authorities on production standards, quality checks and plant availability in the aftermath of the resumption of operation.
Many parties agree that steel is the key structural material of buildings and structures. Standard and safety control is subject to strict scrutiny to build public confidence.

จากกรณีเหตุการณ์อาคารสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน (สตง.) ถล่มซึ่งมีการเชื่อมโยงกับมาตรฐานการผลิตเหล็กของโรงงานซินเคอหยวน กลายเป็นเรื่องที่ประชาชนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องจับตามองอย่างใกล้ชิด เพราะเหล็กเป็นวัสดุฐานหลักของโครงสร้างอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ต้องมีความปลอดภัยสูง ในฐานะคนที่เคยมีประสบการณ์ในวงการก่อสร้างและผลิตเหล็ก ผมเห็นว่าเรื่องการควบคุมคุณภาพโรงงานเหล็กถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม การมีเตาปรุงน้ำเหล็ก (Ladle Furnace) ถือเป็นก้าวหนึ่งที่สำคัญเพื่อรักษาคุณภาพเหล็กให้สม่ำเสมอ ซึ่งหากโรงงานไม่มีอุปกรณ์นี้คุณภาพเหล็กอาจมีความแปรปรวนและส่งผลต่อความแข็งแรงของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากที่ได้ติดตามและพูดคุยกับช่างและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในแวดวงนี้ ยังพบว่าการตรวจสอบโรงงานเหล็กควรเป็นแบบสุ่มและตรวจรายกระบวนการ ผลิตจริงๆ ไม่ใช่แค่การนัดหมายเพียงเพื่อทดสอบเครื่องจักร เพราะถ้าตรวจสอบแบบนั้นจะไม่เห็นปัญหาระยะยาวที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในการผลิต อีกประเด็นที่น่าสนใจคือการจัดการสต็อกเหล็กเดิม เพราะวัสดุที่เก็บไว้นานอาจเกิดการเสื่อมสภาพได้ หากไม่มีระบบควบคุมคุณภาพที่ดี อาจส่งผลต่อคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพของเหล็กที่นำมาใช้ก่อสร้าง อาคารก็จะขาดความมั่นคงและมีความเสี่ยงเมื่อเกิดภัยพิบัติ ในฐานะผู้ใช้เหล็กในงานก่อสร้าง สิ่งที่อยากเห็นคือความโปร่งใสและมาตรฐานมาตรการที่เข้มงวดจากหน่วยงานรัฐและภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเหล็กที่ใช้มีคุณภาพดีจริงและปลอดภัยต่อประชาชน โดยเฉพาะภายหลังกรณีเหตุการณ์อาคาร สตง.ถล่มซึ่งเป็นเครื่องเตือนใจถึงความสำคัญนี้ ถึงแม้ยังไม่มีคำชี้แจงที่ชัดเจนจากโรงงานและหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ แต่ก็หวังว่าการตรวจสอบครั้งต่อไปจะเข้มงวดและเป็นธรรม เพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่นและความปลอดภัยในมาตรฐานเหล็กของประเทศไทยต่อไป
