How I ship my prints!
1.)cut out a piece of cardboard bigger than the print
2.) put print/stickers in plastic sleeve along with other flat goodies
3.) use washi tape to secure bag to cardboard
4.) not necessary, but I like to wrap everything up in nice paper like a Lil present
5.) put in bubble mailer!
keeps cost down when shipping and allows for max safety of the flat item being shipped. I've used envelopes before, but it makes me so anxious so I spend the extra few dollars on bubble mailers.

Shipping art prints can be a daunting task, but with the right techniques, you can ensure that your artwork arrives safely and intact. First, selecting a suitable cardboard backing larger than your print is crucial for added protection. This helps to prevent bending during transit. Next, using a plastic sleeve not only keeps your print safe from moisture but also allows you to include any additional flat goodies, like stickers or thank-you notes, without worry. Securing this bag with washi tape to the cardboard creates a sturdy package. While adding an extra layer of wrapping paper may seem optional, it gives a personalized touch that delights recipients, making it feel like a special gift. Finally, placing your package in a bubble mailer is the best way to further cushion your items, especially if you're concerned about the possibility of damage which can happen with standard envelopes. Wishing to cut down on shipping costs doesn’t mean sacrificing quality. It's wise to spend a little more on protective mailers to ease your anxiety over potential damage. Remember, investing in the right shipping supplies pays off when your customers receive their prints in perfect condition!
