Read this again if you have had someone hurt you
It’s painful and it sucks but you know so this is a Pep talk for me as well as any of you that might need it. If you find yourself in a situation where someone is sending you mixed signals, you have feelings for that person that sometimes seem to be reciprocal but their actions ultimately don’t support it, keep it moving. Deep down, you know and you can’t will it to be so don’t invest, don’t waste your time, be polite and keep it moving. It’s not worth breaking your own heart.

Experiencing emotional pain can feel overwhelming, especially when you're caught in a cycle of mixed signals from someone you like. It's essential to recognize your worth and not let someone else's uncertainty dictate your feelings. Communication often falters in relationships, leading to confusion and hurt. When someone sends you mixed messages, it's crucial to trust your intuition. You know deep down where you stand. Instead of staying entangled in a relationship that leaves you feeling undervalued, it's better to focus on self-care and personal growth. Remember, investing your energy in someone who does not reciprocate can lead to heartbreak. Establish boundaries for yourself in romantic interests. Assess whether your feelings are being met with genuine actions or if you're simply holding onto hope. Surround yourself with supportive friends who uplift you and remind you of your value. Embracing your journey toward healing is vital, and recognizing when to let go is a powerful step. In times of emotional turmoil, seek out positive outlets such as journaling, engaging in hobbies, or even speaking with a counselor. Embrace each moment of self-reflection as an opportunity for growth, and remember: healing takes time, but it's always worth it.
