I was at my local Asian mart getting my normal todo’s and I normally never pass the chips but TODAY I DID. I love trying new stuff and I love chips🥰 so I got 4 random bags and spoiler….there way honestly nothing to be worried about👍🏾😅
Sizzling Squid Flavor: 8/10
its a crunchy wavy chip and the flavors remind me of like….smoke and chili fritos. I can ABSOLUTELY get behind it😂😂
Texas Grilled BBQ: 8/10
I absolutely DID finish that bag the same day. Its really just BBQ with some extra dazzle to it so yh even though it was an 8 it was my favorite of those FOR SURE.
Crispy Chicken Leg: 6/10
It was good but also regular……idk what else to say about that one. Imma still eat the bag tho so🥲🤷🏾♀️
Garlic Prawn: 3/10 (a VERY SOFT 3)
From the time you open the bag to the time you taste it its just shrimp. BUT hear me out!!! If you can just get past the smell they actually taste good. I think the things for me is that strong flavor is in a chip and it just doesnt make sense to my stomach😭😭 but good flavor for those who are into fish fr. I think i’ll just stick to the dried fish snacks on that one😂

The Garlic Prawn was the most polarizing. The intense shrimp aroma took some getting used to, and while the taste was good, it was a strong seafood punch not for everyone. For those who enjoy a fishy snack, it’s a solid choice, though I personally lean towards dried fish snacks instead. Overall, this adventure into Asian-flavored chips shows how international snack innovation can bring exciting options to everyday treats. When you visit your own local Asian market, don’t hesitate to explore these unique snack varieties—they often bring a fun and tasty twist to classic chips.
