My Morning Routine ☀️

Sometimes life gets in the way and I’m not able to complete my full routine. Obviously I do oral and skincare that is a must! Can’t be looking like troll.

That being said I make sure I make time for my daily mirror affirmations it’s very important to be kind to yourself and this helps with my body dysmorphia.

I haven’t been journaling recently but I’m getting back into it. I feel peaceful when I do.

Breakfast has its days. I’m human and my ADHD gets the better of me and I forget.

Vitamins when I do forget I take them at night, but I’m usually consistent with it.

Not even going to lie to y’all some mornings I do yoga and some I don’t. I’m not consistent with it but I do participate!

Meditation and daily mirror affirmations are honestly on top of my list. Meditating helps with my anxiety and depression. It’s the time I take for myself to slow my mind down and take a mental breath. Mental health is extremely important!

Daily house chores sucks obviously but a clean space is a happy space. It’s good to have a safe area! Of course I treat myself with an Iced coffee or tea. Whatever beverage of your choice.

Treating yourself isn’t a crime it’s self love and babes you deserve it! ☺️
