「プランテーション」って名前、最初はちょっと不思議に感じたんですが、実際に行ってみると“素材を育てる・丁寧に作り上げる場所”みたいな空気感があって、店名の印象がガラッと変わりました。チャバパイプランテーションは、茶葉の香りを生かしたチョコパイが主役で、ただ甘いだけじゃなくて、後味にお茶の余韻が残るのが特徴だなと思います。 私が特に「プランテーションっぽい」と感じたのは、パイの生地まで上と下で食感を変えているところ。ひと口目のサクッ、次にクリームのなめらかさ、最後にチョコと茶葉の香りがふわっと立つ流れが計算されていて、テイクアウトでも満足感が高かったです。持ち帰りは箱に入れてくれるので、車移動なら崩れにくくて安心でした（駐車場ありなのも助かるポイント）。 初めて行く人向けに、選び方のコツもメモしておきます。 ・しっかり“お茶感”を楽しみたい：宇治抹茶×小豆、濃厚アールグレイ系 ・香ばしさや和スイーツ寄りが好き：加賀ほうじ茶×キャラメル×スイートポテト ・フルーツで軽めにしたい：りんごコンポート×クリームチーズ、紅茶×ルージュオランジュ ・王道のご褒美感がほしい：ベルギーチョコ×ナッツのリッチカスタード 全6種が各500円（税込）で、ケーキより手軽だけどコンビニより贅沢、というコンセプト通り。私は1個目はお茶系、2個目はフルーツ系にすると味の差が出て食べ比べが楽しかったです。 行く前に知っておきたい注意点も。 ・テイクアウトのみ（イートインなし） ・支払いは現金のみ ・営業時間は11:00〜17:00、定休日は火・水 ・期間限定（50日間限定）なので、気になっているなら早めが安心 同じ場所で「茶羽クレープ」の冷凍クレープも買えるので、手土産をまとめたい日にも便利でした。富山市で“お茶×チョコパイ”の新しいスイーツ体験を探している人は、ぜひチェックしてみてください。
