私が行った日は、オープンしたての「艶-en-」さん目当てのお客さんがちらほら。入善に“おしゃれなカフェができた”って聞いていたけど、入ってすぐ薬膳の香りがふわっとして、気分が一気に上がりました。写真を撮りたくなる店内で、食器やお鍋も雰囲気に合っていて「これは艶cafeの写真を撮りたくなる…」って納得。 ランチは薬膳火鍋が主役。辛いのが得意じゃない私はトマト湯を選んだんですが、完熟トマトの酸味がまろやかで食べやすく、具材の旨みがどんどんスープに溶けていく感じが良かったです。野菜が盛り盛りで、お肉やエビ、豆腐、タケノコなども入っていて満足感高め。さつまいも春雨は初挑戦だったけど、つるっと食べやすくてハマりました。 一方で麻辣湯は、友達のを少しもらっただけでも私にはしっかり辛め。小辛でも人によっては刺激が強いかもなので、辛さに不安がある人はトマト湯か菌菇湯から入るのがおすすめです。あと、お鍋がずっと熱々なので、取り分ける時は本当に火傷注意です。 カフェ利用目線で気になったのが、中国茶カフェとしての魅力。「入善 本場の味が楽しめる 中国茶カフェ」って言葉がぴったりで、次は中国茶やスイーツ目当てにゆっくり行きたいなと思いました。ランチ後にお茶までできたら最高。 行く前に知っておくと便利なこともメモしておきます。場所は富山県下新川郡入善町新屋1334で、駐車場あり。支払いは現金のみとのことなので、手元に用意しておくと安心です。予約もできるそうなので、入善町でランチを探している方や、オープンしたての入善カフェに行きたい方は予約しておくとスムーズだと思います。定休日（曜日）もあるので、行く前に営業日チェックは必須です。
