「じゅんこごはん 富山」で探している人向けに、私が行ったときに感じた“予約前に知っておくと安心なポイント”を補足します。 まず「じゅんこごはん」さんは、お弁当やオードブルのイメージが強いですが、「肆〜mise〜」は“食事をしに行く特別枠”という印象でした。お店というより、モダンでおしゃれなダイニング（長いテーブルが印象的）でいただく完全予約制のプライベートディナー。周りの目を気にせずゆっくり食べられるので、記念日や少人数の会にすごく向いています。 料理はコースの流れで次々運ばれてきて、前菜盛り合わせの情報量がすごいです。私が行った日は、柿とモッツァレラの白味噌合え、バイ貝の煮つけ、ローストビーフ、つくね串、オムレツなど、甘い・塩気・香ばしさがバランス良くて「これだけで満足しそう…」と思うレベルでした。途中でポルチーニ茸のフラン×スモークサーモンのタルタルみたいな、見た目が綺麗な一品も出てきてテンション上がりました。 メイン寄りでは、鶏手羽餃子揚げ（マスタードマヨ系のソースが合う）や、海老のカダイフ揚げのような“揚げたて”も。さらに、出汁の効いた温かい和食（おでん風の大根や巾着煮っぽいもの）でほっと一息つけて、最後は鯛めしとすまし汁でしっかり締まる流れ。食後にコーヒーと甘味が出たのも嬉しかったです。 注意点としては、営業日が不定期で、連絡はInstagramのDMが基本、支払いは現金のみ。電話がないので、予約や質問はDMで早めに聞くのがおすすめです。あと一番大事なのが予約条件で、一見さんお断りに近く「面識がある方」または「面識のある方からの紹介」が必要なこと。行きたい場合は、過去に利用したことがある友人に声をかけたり、富山のグルメ仲間づてに繋いでもらうのが現実的だと思います。 富山で“じゅんこごはん”の別世界みたいなコースを体験したい人は、ハードルはあるけど、その分特別感はかなり高めでした。
