私が行ったのは魚津市の「中国料理 上海飯店」。検索だと「魚津 上海飯店 メニュー」「上海飯店 魚津 レビュー」が多いみたいなので、実際に行って感じた“頼み方のコツ”を補足します。 まずランチタイムは11:00〜15:00。日替わりセット、麻辣湯定食、選べる定食、麺類セット、土鍋うどん…と選択肢が多くて、初見だと迷います。私は日替わりセットを注文したのですが、「本日の一品料理＝メイン＋麺」が付く日があるみたいで、想像よりボリュームが来ました。ラーメン系を控えたい日や軽めに済ませたい日は、注文前に“麺が付く内容か”を店員さんに一言確認しておくと安心だと思います。 メニューの印象は、単品も含めて中華の定番が揃っていて「今日はガッツリ食べたい」日に強いお店。坦々麺はピリ辛系で、ランチの主役として満足感が高かったです。逆に、日替わりの一品（この日はニラ玉子）は好みが分かれるかも。私は少し油っぽく感じたので、さっぱり派の方は麻辣湯定食や、選べる定食で炒め物以外を選ぶのもアリ。 子連れランチ目線だと、カウンター・テーブル・座敷があるのが助かりました。実際にファミリーの来店が続いていたので、ベビーカーよりは“座敷に上がって落ち着いて食べたい”人に向いていそう。混みそうな日は、ピークを少し外して早めに入ると座席が取りやすいと思います。 あと地味に大事なのが営業時間。通し営業（11:00〜23:00）なので、ランチの時間を逃しても行けるのが便利でした。支払いは現金のみとのことだったので、行く前に現金を用意しておくのがおすすめ。 総合的に「魚津で中華ランチをお腹いっぱい食べたい」「麻辣湯や坦々麺も気になる」という人に刺さるお店でした。次は“選べる定食”で、ごはん系メインをしっかり楽しんでみたいです。
