私が「SUNNY COFFEE（サニーコーヒー）」でいちばん良かったのは、“コーヒーとスイーツでゆっくりできる空気感”でした。落ち着いたおしゃれな店内って、写真だと雰囲気は伝わっても実際の居心地は行ってみないと分からないけど、ここは席に座った瞬間にホッとできるタイプ。ひとりでも入りやすいし、友達と来ても会話の邪魔をしない静けさがありました。 コーヒーは自家焙煎で、ハンドドリップで丁寧に淹れてくれるのがうれしいポイント。私は「迷ったらコレ」枠で中煎りのサニーブレンドにしたけど、苦すぎず酸味が立ちすぎず、スイーツと合わせても負けないバランス感でした。甘いケーキと合わせるなら、こういう飲み疲れしないコーヒーがいちばんしっくりくるな…と実感。 スイーツは悩むほど種類があって、私はバスクチーズケーキを選択。濃厚なのに重すぎず、コーヒーを一口飲むたびに口の中が整う感じがして、まさに「至福の時間」でした。抹茶のガトーショコラも一口だけ食べたけど、抹茶の香りがしっかりしていて大人っぽい味。次はアップルパイも試したい…と心残りになるくらい、スイーツの誘惑が強いです。 行く前に知っておくと安心なのが駐車場。お店の案内だと、中道商店街駐車場の12〜21番が利用OKとのことなので、車で行く人はここを先にチェックしておくとスムーズでした。支払いは現金とPayPay対応。営業時間は11:00〜17:00（L.O.16:30）で、定休日は火・水。遠出して行く場合は、定休日だけは特に注意。 「sunny coffee」で検索して行き先を決める人って、“コーヒーが美味しい＋スイーツも外さないカフェ”を探していることが多いと思うので、ここはかなり満足度高いはず。高岡市で素敵なカフェ時間を過ごしたい日に、ぜひ候補に入れてみてください。
