牧場アイス工房ラグーンでのアイス体験は、地元石川県の新鮮な牛乳を使った商品の魅力がとても印象的です。特に河北潟干拓地という自然豊かな環境で育った牛から得られる生乳をそのまま活かすことで、濃厚で滑らかな味わいが実現しています。一緒に訪れた友人と私は、「きな粉もち」と「牧草」味のアイスを楽しみましたが、どちらも素材の良さがダイレクトに感じられて、特に「きな粉もち」は和スイーツ好きにはたまらない風味がありました。 訪れたのは夕方で、アイスの種類が少なくなっていましたが、できれば早めの時間帯に行くのがおすすめです。店内はイートインスペースもあり、ゆったりとした雰囲気で味わえます。支払いは現金のほか、クレジットカードやPayPayなど多様な方法に対応しているのも便利です。 また、『ラグーンフロート』や『アフォガート』などのドリンクメニューも充実しているので、暑い日やカフェタイムにもぴったりです。営業時間は12時から18時までで、水曜と第2、第4木曜が定休日。冬季は休業になりますが、営業中の季節にドライブがてら立ち寄ると、地元の新鮮な生乳を使ったアイスクリームの味わいに癒されること間違いなしです。 金沢や富山からのアクセスもよく、石川グルメやスイーツ巡りの旅の候補にぜひ加えてください。ぜひ皆さんも牧場アイス工房ラグーンの素朴で濃厚な味を体験してみてください！
