牧場アイス工房ラグーンでは、ミニからトリプルまで複数のサイズが選べ、さまざまなフレーバーを楽しむことができます。私が特に注目したのは、商品の豊富なメニューだけでなく、お店の落ち着いたイートインスペース。木目調の内装と牛の絵が飾られた空間は、まるで牧場の一角にいるかのような心地よさを感じました。 また、アイスの味に対するこだわりも感じられ、河北潟干拓地の「ハーモニーウィズ牧場」で搾りたての生乳を使っているため、濃厚ながら後味はさっぱり。珍しい「牧草」味は、言葉で説明しづらいですが、自然の香りとミルクの甘みが絶妙にマッチしていて、斬新なアイス体験でした。 支払いは現金に加えクレジットカードやPayPayなども使えるため、気軽に立ち寄れます。駐車場も完備されているので車でのアクセスも便利です。私の体験では、夕方は人気の味は売り切れが多いので、早めの来店がおすすめです。ぜひ、津幡町を訪れた際には地方産の新鮮な牧場アイスを味わいに足を運んでみてください。
