私も高野もなか店を訪れた際、そのサクサク感には本当に驚きました。普通、もなかは時間が経つと皮がふにゃっとしてしまいがちですが、こちらのもなかは新大正もち米を使い、創業以来変わらぬ製法で手作りされているからか、パリッと歯切れがよく最後まで美味しくいただけます。 特に抹茶アイスとの組み合わせは絶品で、あっさりしつつもしっかりとした抹茶の風味が感じられ、お茶請けにぴったりだと感じました。アイスの量も多すぎず少なすぎずの絶妙なバランスで、暑い季節の小休憩に最適です。 さらに嬉しいのは価格で、近年の物価上昇の中、ずっと100円で提供されているのは驚きのコスパ。地元の方々に愛され続けている理由がよくわかります。 お店は富山市八尾町の閑静な住宅街にあり、駐車場も完備されているためアクセスも良好です。お持ち帰りの場合は、保冷バッグ持参が推奨されているので、遠くから訪れる方はぜひ忘れずに持参してください。 私のおすすめは、訪れたらぜひバニラとイチゴも試すこと。どちらも素材の風味を活かした優しい味で、異なる美味しさを楽しめます。冬季は営業終了時間が早まるので、訪問時は営業時間の確認をお忘れなく。 地域の歴史を感じながら、昔ながらの製法で作られたサクサクのもなかアイスを楽しめる高野もなか店。富山観光の際にはぜひ立ち寄ってみてください。
