上市町にある中華料理店「香雅」は、地元の人々に愛される隠れ家的なお店です。私自身も訪れるたびに、チャーハンの香ばしさに感動し、塩ベースの味付けの八宝菜に心奪われました。多くの中華屋さんが醤油ベースの味付けを採用している中、「香雅」の塩味はとても珍しく、さっぱりしながらも深い旨味が感じられます。 また、ラーメンの種類が豊富で、特にたんめんが人気ですが、麺の柔らかさが好みと合わないこともあるかもしれません。私のおすすめは唐揚げと餃子。唐揚げは外はカリッと中はジューシーで、餃子はジューシーな具材がたっぷり入っていて、つい毎回注文してしまいます。 平日のサービスランチも魅力的で、リーズナブルに本格中華が楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントです。駐車場も完備されているので、車でのアクセスも便利。上市町で気軽に中華を楽しみたい方にはぜひ訪れてほしいお店です。 口コミでは「何度も行きたくなる味」と評判で、定番メニューから季節のおすすめメニューまでバリエーションが豊富。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、家族や友人とのランチにも最適です。私もこれからも新しいメニューを試しに、何度も足を運びたいと思っています。
