Sautéed Eggplant 🍆

A quick and easy dinner using leftovers and an eggplant that was about to go bad.

I sautéed onion and eggplant in a sesame oil and olive oil. I the added liquid aminos, teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire sauce. I didn’t have fresh garlic so I added garlic paste. I added red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick and topped with sesame seeds.

I paired it with leftover white rice and chicken that my husband grilled over the weekend.
