🌼 Even 1% Effort Deserves Appreciation 💛
Hi 🍋 let’s talk !
Since I was young, I’ve always received rewards from my parents for every good thing I did.
It didn’t have to be big — sometimes it was just kind words, a foods, or a simple reward that made me feel proud of myself. I still remember how my father used to put me on his shoulders, and I’d laugh so hard because I felt like I was on top of the world. 🥰
He always tried his best to provide me with whatever I needed — a new bag, a new bed, a new study table.
It wasn’t about the things themselves, but the love behind them.
Through his actions, I learned what real support feels like.
Those little things taught me one powerful lesson — every effort matters. Even 1% of progress, when noticed, can build someone’s confidence and motivation.
That’s why now, I don’t really care what people say anymore.
Because I’ve learned that not everyone will see your hard work, but the right people always will (parents ❤️)
And now that I’ve grown up, I carry the same mindset in my relationship.
That’s why I appreciate even the small efforts from my boyfriend — because I know how meaningful it is to feel seen, even for the smallest things.
Even if it’s just 1%, it still counts. 💛
I don’t expect perfection — I value effort and actions.
Because love, appreciation, and support are what truly shape a person. 🌸
So if you have someone who’s trying — even just a bit
Appreciate them.
Because that small appreciation might be the reason they don’t give up. 🌿

Reflecting on my own experiences, I've realized that gratitude for trust and confidence goes a long way in nurturing relationships. Whether it's a parent recognizing a child's small achievements or a partner acknowledging little acts of kindness, these moments create a foundation of mutual respect and encouragement. I also connect deeply with feelings of appreciation that come from professional recognition. For example, when receiving a salary increase, expressing sincere thanks not only shows gratitude but also strengthens workplace relationships and personal motivation. It’s a reminder that effort—no matter how small—is seen and valued. This mindset of recognizing and appreciating effort extends beyond rewards. It’s about honoring the process, the intention, and the growth. I’ve learned that feeling appreciated, even for the smallest progress, helps maintain confidence and resilience. When someone says, "I see your work and I appreciate it," it can fuel their spirit to keep going. Ultimately, appreciation builds trust. Whether at home, in love, or at work, affirming each other's efforts—even if just 1%—can transform how we relate to others and ourselves. It encourages us to continue striving, knowing that our journey matters and that we’re not alone.
