trying bee pollen with allergies🐝💖

hey everyone! i really wanted to try bee pollen but i'm allergic to actual pollen, so i was excited to find a mini one to try.

⭐️Bee Pollen: 8/10

Benefits: high in antioxidants, immune support, many more

Price: $2 for this at whole foods. definitely worth getting a big bag for best value, but I wanted to see if I was allergic first.

Taste: I thought it was going to taste really good, and honestly, it was a little gross. I drink kombucha and kefir daily so I am not picky or anything, but I definitely noticed the taste.

Allergy: I am allergic to literally everything and pollen is one of those things. I'm very happy to report that I had zero effects. I am someone who gets hives on a daily basis and constantly is wheezing from a random allergy, and I feel perfectly fine!

Overall: obviously I can't talk about the benefits because I've only had it once, but I have heard so many great things and would love to incorporate this into my diet. The taste is not a big issue for me and I don't have a problem with it, but it was a lot less pleasant than I had imagined. even better, I did not have an allergic reaction and I have an allergic reaction to literally everything, so proceed with caution if you were like me but I don't think it will cause an issue. check with the doctor first if you're really severe.
