Invest in good quality, leak-proof, microwave-safe containers. A reliable portable cooler or mini-fridge is an absolute must to keep your fresh meals safe. Don't forget to prioritize hydration; always have a large water bottle handy. And for snacks, think smart: nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, or beef jerky are great alternatives to sugary treats.
