As I wrapped up my last Monday as a college student at the University of Minnesota, I found myself reflecting on the whirlwind of emotions that come with senior year. It’s a mix of anticipation, nostalgia, and the bittersweet reality of change. One of my favorite ways to decompress during these busy times has been practicing yoga, which really helped me stay grounded amid deadlines and graduation preparations. Balancing classes, job applications, and senior events can be overwhelming, but taking moments to focus on wellness—whether through yoga or simply enjoying time outdoors—makes a big difference. I also made it a point to visit my favorite spots on campus one last time, including some of the quiet corners and study spaces that supported me throughout my journey. To fellow seniors out there, my advice is to embrace every moment. These last days carry a unique significance that you’ll look back on with fondness. Celebrate your achievements, enjoy the camaraderie of your classmates, and don’t hesitate to reach out for support when things feel overwhelming. The transition after graduation can be daunting, but the skills and memories you’ve built here will serve as a strong foundation for your future.
