🍽️ RECIPE: Cheesy Ground Meat Spinach Bow-Tie Pasta

By your fave baddie homegirl, serving flavor, sauce, and filling.

🛒 INGREDIENTS

✨ 16 oz pasta noodles (I used bow-tie)

✨ 2 lbs ground meat

✨ White cooking wine

✨ Tomato paste

✨ Heavy whipping cream

✨ Shredded cheddar cheese

✨ ¼ onion, chopped

✨ ½ bell pepper (I used all 4 colors lol)

✨ Paprika

✨ All-purpose seasoning

✨ Black pepper

✨ Tony’s Creole seasoning

✨ Onion powder

✨ Garlic powder

✨ Cayenne pepper

✨ Spinach leaves

✨ Optional: chicken broth (or water)

🍳 LET’S COOK, SIS

1. Bring a pot of chicken broth (or water) to a boil, add a splash of oil so your noodles don’t glue together. Throw in your pasta and cook them.

2. While that’s cookin’, heat a skillet. Sauté onions + bell peppers till soft, then add ground meat. Season generously with paprika, all‑purpose seasoning, black pepper, Tony’s, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne.

3. Once meat is browned, stir in tomato paste + splash of white wine to deglaze (frag alert).

4. Add spinach leaves and pour in heavy whipping cream. Heap on shredded cheddar, cover, and let it melt into that creamy goodness.

5. Drain pasta. Dump it into the skillet, stir to coat, add even more cheese if you’re feeling yourself. Let it simmer until it all comes together.

6. Wallaah—🍭serve that cheesy, meaty, spinach-loaded bowl of comfort.
