I use the equate brand. It’s cheaper and the same s premium protein shakes. Taste good too.

Ugh, I used to love these too! 😩 The problem now is they use sucralose as the sweetener, it’s an artificial sugar substitute that’s about 600 times sweeter than regular sugar. It doesn’t have calories, but for some people it can cause bloating, headaches, or an aftertaste, and there’s debate about how it affects gut health over time. I wish they’d just stick to natural sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit instead. 😖 I switched to Orgain
