Protein Coffee of the Day: Salted Caramel

A lot of people have said that my recipes are too complex, and too much!

I wanted you to know that I HEAR YOU!

This one is for you! My in a rush girlies, the ‘I don’t have time’, the ‘that’s too many things’ ladies and gents!

I totally get it and I agree! Sometimes I let the fun of it get away from me and forget that these need to be quick, easy, and accessible!!

Salted Caramel Protein Coffee:

2tsp Nescafé Original Espresso

1 Core Power Elite: Vanilla

1/3 cup Chobani Zero Salted Caramel Creamer

4 pumps SF Caramel

How I make it:

In a cup, pour a bit of room temp water (I used a bottle I had on my counter) to dissolve my Nescafé. To that I added my Core Power and ice to the top. In a separate cup (I used a measuring cup) I poured my Chobani and added my syrup and made a quick cold foam and poured right over the top (this step is completely option, you can also just pour the Chobani and add the syrup directly to the top).

Ultimately these recipes are just a base, you do whatever you want to make it perfect for you! Too many ingredients? That’s totally fine, take some out! Customize how you want it!

Nevertheless, it’s a 10/10, quick and simple.

But now, let’s chat, what do you think? Do you like the simple recipes? Or do you love the bigger recipes that give more of a coffee shop feel?
