Weightloss hacks 🤌🏻

... Read moreFrom my personal experience, successful weight loss isn't just about eating less; it's about making smarter food choices and nurturing your overall mindset. I found that incorporating higher volume meals rich in fiber and protein helped me feel full longer without overeating. This aligns with what many experts share—it's about quality and quantity rather than just calorie cutting. One key insight is that your metabolism burns more calories at rest than during cardio sessions, meaning focusing solely on exercise without diet adjustments might limit progress. I also realized that pushing exercise intensity far beyond comfort can be unsustainable; balancing nutrition and moderate workouts proved more effective. However, the most profound change came when I worked on healing my relationship with food. Without addressing emotional or psychological barriers, all efforts felt temporary or frustrating. Surrounding myself with supportive people and creating a positive environment made sticking to healthy habits easier. Weight loss isn't a magic fix for all life challenges, but succeeding in it proved to me that I am capable of achieving difficult goals. This mindset shift was empowering and helped me maintain progress. Ultimately, embracing a holistic approach that includes nutrition, mindset, and support systems offers the best chance for sustainable body transformation.

Been making some major changes in my diet. Changed a lot of healthy habits to even healthier ones. Lost 10 pounds in three months. Doesn’t sound like a lot but I bet my doctor will be happy with it. She wanted me to lose 6 pounds in 3 months. 😃
