COME. HELP. ME 😭😭
Okay, so you've seen my post about the pure chaos of being an average Marvel Rivals healer? Trust me, you are NOT alone! Many of us feel like we're constantly juggling grenades while trying to keep our teammates from spontaneously combusting. It’s why content creators like SYNFULCSE on TikTok resonate so much – they perfectly capture that frantic, yet strangely rewarding, experience. Being a healer in Marvel Rivals is a unique challenge. You're the lifeline of the team, but often the first target for the enemy. Here are a few things I've learned (the hard way!) that might just save your sanity, and your team's HP: Positioning is Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING): It's tempting to dive in with your damage dealers, but a dead healer heals no one. Try to stay behind your tanks and DPS, using cover whenever possible. You need to be close enough to heal, but far enough to avoid stray blasts. Trust me, finding that sweet spot is a game-changer. Know Your Priorities: Who needs healing most? Usually, it's your tank soaking up all the damage, or a high-damage DPS who's about to secure a kill. Sometimes, you need to pocket heal a flanker for a crucial push. It's a constant mental calculation, and it comes with practice. Don't forget yourself – a good healer stays alive! Communicate, Communicate, Communicate: This is key! If you're getting focused, tell your team! 'Flanker on healer!' or 'Need peel!' can make all the difference. Also, pinging allies who are low on health can help your team regroup. It's a team game, so use your voice. Master Your Cooldowns: Every healer has a unique kit. Knowing when to use your big burst heal versus your sustained healing, or when to pop that ultimate for maximum impact, separates the good healers from the great ones. Don't be afraid to practice in training mode or quick play. Embrace the Chaos, But Stay Calm: There will be moments where you feel overwhelmed. Your team might spread out, or you get flanked by a speedy Black Panther. Take a deep breath, use your escape abilities if you have them, and don't blame yourself for every death. As an average Marvel Rivals healer, you're doing your best in a high-pressure role. What are your go-to healer heroes? I find Doctor Strange's utility incredibly helpful, and Mantis can be a lifesaver with her sustained healing. But honestly, it's about finding who clicks with your playstyle.
