Starting with coats, a well-structured coat that holds its shape is unmatched. Unlike trendy or overly dramatic outerwear, a clean, tailored coat creates a sophisticated foundation for any look. Coats like the Lorenza Cape by Edelmann or The Connor Coat from Aritzia are perfect examples — their structure brings elegance without shouting for attention, making them versatile for many occasions. Denim is another area where investing in quality pays off. It's not just about having "good jeans" but choosing denim that maintains its fit throughout the day without sagging or stretching out of shape. Brands such as FRAME and REISS offer jeans crafted to last, combining comfort and form retention, which truly impressed me during extended wear. When it comes to footwear, opting for genuine leather shoes like boots, loafers, or pumps is essential.
