Walking fit of the day👟

I walk between 10k-15k steps a day through a mixture of intentional and non intentional steps. My intentional steps consists of an hour walk either outside or on my walking pad. The remainder of my steps come from my daily routine and activities. #walkingforfitness #walkingoutside
