"Vegetables are delicious rice" in "Kurashi-no-Shop" in Anjo City is exactly as the name suggests, a lunch buffet (1,760 yen) with vegetables as the main character.
There are 37 kinds of vegetables, and 16 kinds of dressings! While lining up from the royal road to the changing ball, my personal recommendation is "anchovy" and "honey butter." You can eat rice twice with this combination alone.
There are 4 types of soup, and they have gentle flavors such as minestrone and cold corn soup, so you don't feel guilty even if you're full. It's also nice to meet vegetables that you don't usually see such as fennel.
There are waffles and coffee jelly for dessert, and even though it is a buffet, you can enjoy it firmly until the end. The inside of the store was also bright and natural, and I was able to spend a gentle time on my body and mind.
