A calm cafe with a high level of space and sweets found in Tenpaku Ward.
The shop is located in the same building as the beauty salon and apparel, "Seasonal Lab," and the interior is exquisitely balanced with cleanliness and warmth. There are plenty of tables, sofas, counters and seating types, so it is good to spend a relaxing time alone.
This time I ordered this by using the cafe after lunch.

Latte is not too bitter and has a good balance with milk, making it easy to drink.
And the pudding is "firm" as the name suggests. The feeling of density when you put a spoon in is irresistible, and the richness of the egg is felt firmly.
It goes well with the bittersweet caramel, and when eaten with the smooth cream added, it changes to a gentle sweetness at once.
The atmosphere inside the store is good, and it is cozy that you want to stay for a long time.The parking lot is also widely prepared, so it is easy to come by car, and I saw people with dogs on the terrace seat.
It is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy "delicious firm pudding" in a calm space.

「天白区 カフェ」で探している人って、雰囲気だけじゃなくて“ちゃんと美味しい”と、行きやすさ（駐車場・席・作業可）も重視することが多い印象。CAFE MAITANO（カフェ マイタノ）はまさにそのバランスが良かったです。 私が特に刺さったのは、やっぱり“硬いプリンが食べたい”気分をきっちり満たしてくれるところ。スプーンを入れた時に形が崩れにくい、昔ながらのしっかり系で、卵のコクが前に出るタイプでした。ほろ苦カラメル×なめらかクリームで、甘さが単調にならないのも好き。固めプリンって、見た目は素朴でも満足感が高いので、カフェタイムのご褒美にちょうどいいです。 店内はインテリアのトーンが落ち着いていて、テーブルだけじゃなくソファ席・カウンター席もあるのが便利。私は「1人でサクッと」も「友達とゆっくり」もどっちもいけるカフェってリピート率が上がるんですが、ここはまさにそのタイプでした。Wi‑Fiと電源があるので、混雑状況を見つつなら作業カフェ的にも使いやすいと思います。 アクセス面だと、赤池駅から徒歩圏内なのに駐車場が約15台分あるのが強いです。天白区って車移動の人も多いので、「駐車場ありの天白区カフェ」を探している人には安心材料。テラス席ではワンちゃん連れも見かけたので、ペット同伴OKのカフェを探している人にも候補になります。 行く前に意識すると良さそうなのは、定休日が月・火で臨時休業もありえる点。私はカフェって“行ってみたら休み”が一番ダメージ大きいので、公式アカウントで営業時間とL.O.だけは直前に確認する派です。 固めプリン×落ち着く空間×行きやすさで、「天白区で外さないカフェ」を探しているなら、CAFE MAITANOはかなりおすすめです。
